Make sure your child is willingly coming out of the bubble to exercise more. It is something mental when a child or a human refuses any kind of physical activity, one should recognize it first to solve the problem and encourage more outdoor movement.

2. Hobbies

Hobbies can be a great way to encourage movements and active lifestyles, enlightening the passion of teenagers into very interesting outdoor games. It doesn't matter if your child likes painting, and it is something to do indoors; a good hike to get a beautiful view to paint is always an attractive offer to them.
