In a bowl, you may mix one cup of wheat flour with almond milk and two mashed bananas. Whisk everything properly to ensure there are no leftover clumps. Add vanilla essence, honey, baking powder, and baking soda in the prescribed quantity. Give everything a gentle mix before putting it in the microwave for 20-25 minutes at 180°C. Keep checking the cake in between as well. The resultant will be a moist and decadent banana cake that's easy to make and is also really delicious.

In a bowl, add sooji, curd, and milk. Give everything a good mix. Keep this mixture aside for at least 30 minutes to rest. Now after 30 minutes, you may add oil, butter, powdered sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in the prescribed quantity. Gently mix everything to ensure that there are no lumps in the mixture. Simultaneously preheat the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Once the mixture is ready, transfer it into a baking tray and bake it for 30 minutes at 180°C. Keep checking the cake in between as the time required may vary from oven to oven.

Eggless Cooker Cake

Eggless cooker cake is a light and spongy dessert that gets prepared in a very less time and is the perfect cake recipe to try making with your kid. You would need 1 cup all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ½ cup unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, ½ cup condensed milk, 3 tablespoon sugar, and ½ cup water. To make the cake, start by mixing all-purpose flour with vanilla essence. Simultaneously, prepare your cooker oven by adding one cup of sea salt and spreading it evenly. Put it on low flame and remove the rubber ring from the lid of the pressure cooker. Now to make the batter, add half cup of unsalted butter on a pan along with condensed milk.

In this mixture, add 3 tablespoons of sugar along with half a cup of water. Pour this mixture over the mix of all-purpose flour and vanilla essence. Transfer the cake mix into a baking container and put this in the cooker oven that you just prepared. Remove the vent whistle from the lid of the cooker and bake it for 30 to 40 minutes.
